Premenstrual syndrome is quite common as approximately 75 percent of women are affected by it while premenstrual dysphoric disorder is not so common as it affects only 3 to 8% women. The symptoms can affect women without concerns about the cultural, social, or ethnic background. There are several natural remedies that can be used to reduce the symptoms of these conditions.
